Our Refund Policy

At ChittaAura, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase of our Skirts, T-Shirts, Tops, Pants, and Trousers. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging.
  • You must initiate the return request within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • A proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Items that are damaged, altered, or do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted for a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at the time of purchase.
  • Gift cards.

The Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To start a return, please email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
  2. Ship Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. Ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.
  3. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different size or color, please follow the standard return process to refund your original purchase and place a new order for the desired item on our website.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
